Dr. HAROLD MATTHEW BISASE K. K.
(MD, MScPH, MBA)
Dr. Harold is the founder, President and CEO of H&M Global Investments Inc. plus creator of the global programs (YourDoctorHM, YourTutorHM &
YourAdvisorHM). Dr. Harold has a personal drive with a strong passion to change lives of nations through advancement of natural, preventive and balanced
wellness initiatives to achieve wholistic health. His philosophy is grounded in the concept of ‘better health and wellness is the gateway for wealth creation,
salubrious environments and human destiny.
Dr. Harold is a medical doctor credited with a Master’s in Business Administration (ESAMI), Master of Science in Public Health (Institute of Tropical Medicine-
Antwerp Belgium) and postgraduate certifications in Global Public Health, Health Financing Policy, Health Systems Reforms/Financing, Policy Analysis (Health
Innovations & Systems), Data Management for Clinical Research, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support Provider, Food Handler Certification,
CPR/Advanced First Aid/AED certification, Life (Accident & Disability) Insurance and Clinical Epidemiology.
For over 22 years of clinical practice, public health and business consultancy work, Dr. Harold has attained expertise in managing, implementing, evaluating
and providing technical assistance for health system/development policies, programs, projects, research, wellness initiatives and business development
initiatives at national and global level.
As a Public Health expert/consultant, Dr. Harold has worked for reputable international/national organizations that included but not limited to: the World
Health Organization, International Finance Cooperation/Health In Africa Initiative (World Bank Group), Belgian Technical Cooperation, Management Sciences
for Health, World Vision Canada, Canadian Physicians for Aid & Relief and Italian Cooperation among others.
In Canada, Dr. Harold has contributed towards community development voluntary initiatives to enhance effective leadership, policy change, health program
implementation and research through various non-profit organizations and projects including: BlackCap, Access Alliance, Canadian Society for International
Health, and African Partnership Against AIDS. Dr. Harold has served on the Toronto Newcomers’ Council contributing towards enhancement of settlement
services, policy development and smooth integration of newcomers/immigrant populations.
